Peter Bushby Real Estate was established in 1997 by Peter Bushby who after 25 years had sold his interest in his family business and decided to focus on a specialty sales only business deliberately styled to be very small, offering personalised service to a limited number of clients at any given time to ensure appropriate service outcomes.
Peter was joined in 2004 by one of Launceston’s more experienced real estate sales professionals, Roger Bell who retired at the end of 2011.
Peter was very pleased that Kevin House accepted his invitation to join him replacing Roger in late January 2012. Kevin has a wealth of real estate sales and management experience with a career that spans 21 years with a variety of roles including many years with one of Tasmania’s largest statewide real estate agencies including State Sales manager and later their State Training Manager. He is a highly skilled and experienced auctioneer and continues as an industry trainer providing his expertise and services to the REIT training department. He has been a former State Vice President of the REIT and after a brief break away from real estate has joined forces with Peter Bushby in his specialty sales only agency. Kevin services the greater Launceston and surrounding commuter districts.
Peter’s vision for his business has proven very successful with outstanding sales results year after year! He remains convinced that not everyone wants to deal with the large offices and his commitment to the latest technology ensures the business is competitive with them.
